One of the saddest things you’ll hear all week.
A woman from Jacksonville, Florida was fatally struck by a car this week by a hit-and-run driver. Later on the dog that she was believed to have been walking was found lying in the road where the accident took place.
The dog, named Paco, waited at the scene until members of the woman’s family arrived.
