From bad to worse.
October 4th, 2017 will not be remembered fondly by Theresa May. Aside from receiving her P45 by a prankster, the Prime Minister’s speech was riddled with issues – including May violently coughing and parts of the Tory slogan falling off behind her.
Brexit means Brexit. Comedy means comedy.

If you haven’t seen what the p45 said, take a look below.

Ok, we’re all done with having a laugh at May’s expense, onto the hard-hitting stuff as the Prime Minister’s pledged to put a cap on energy bills and secure £2bn of investment in affordable housing.
Despite May’s efforts to switch the agenda away from Brexit and onto domestic policy, she also apologised for losing the Tory majority in the last General Election.
“Too scripted, too presidential. I hold my hands up for that. I take responsibility. I led the campaign. And I am sorry,” she said.
Unfortunately for May, she might have to apologise for another gaffe as her day went from bad to worse. This being said, if you’re going to copy from a brilliant TV show, you might as well make it The West Wing.
Ok, we all know that May and Trump are close allies. Maybe this is just her way of copying his ‘Legally Blonde’ moment?
President Josiah Edward would be ashamed.
What could make the worst car crash speech ever even worse? Finding out they nicked lines off TV shows for the speech!#CPC17 #TheresaMayP45 pic.twitter.com/T4kmof1Ue4

In case you haven’t seen Trump embracing his inner rom-com while talking at the podium, here it is.
