Devastating.
After days of warnings, Storm Ophelia arrived in the UK and Ireland on Monday and made its presence felt straight away.
The Met Office issued an Amber warning; the sky turned red in certain parts of the country;Â while some idiots in Ireland even decided to go swimming in the sea.

It is in Ireland where the worst effects of the ex-hurricane have been felt, with three people reported to have been killed in various parts of the country. The death toll from Hurricane Ophelia is now three after a man was killed in his car by a falling tree.
The news has been reported by the Dundalk Democrat. but no details about the victim have been made public.
The death is the third to result from Ophelia. The first occurred when a branch fell on a car in Waterford. The second involved a chainsaw accident in Tipperary as a man in his 30s attempted to clear a fallen tree.
