Imagine posting a tweet and getting $12m for the privilege.
That’s what Oprah Winfrey has reportedly been paid by Weight Watchers to post a short video message about weight loss.
The US media mogul, who is a major shareholder in the diet brand, put up a 30-second clip about being able to lose 26 pounds, while still eating bread.
According to Market Watch, shares increased by 18%, or around $2.10 per share within an hour.
