If you’re one of those people who hates spare change sloshing around in your pocket, this ones for you.
The Royal Mint, which has created Britain’s currency for around 1,000 years, announced it would be creating a special £50 coin.
There will only be 100,000 of the coins minted to mark the year the Queen became the nation’s long-reigning monarch, according to The Mirror.
A similar £20 coin to mark Prince George’s birth sold out in a matter of days.
You certainly wouldn’t be telling the barman to keep the change off this nugget…
