Mexican drug lord JoaquÃn Guzmán says that he should not stand trial in the US because of comments made by Donald Trump about Mexican immigrants.
Lawyers for Guzman, who is more commonly known as El Chapo, have filed a legal injunction claiming that Trump’s presidential campaign has contributed to a “hostile environment” for Mexican immigrants.
Chapo’s legal team say that Trump’s campaign rhetoric – which has even focussed specifically on the drug lord himself – would make it impossible for Guzman to receive a fair trial.
The U.S. will invite El Chapo, the Mexican drug lord who just escaped prison, to become a U.S. citizen because our "leaders" can't say no!

While it doesn’t seem likely to work in the long run, it does mean that El Chapo will be held in prison in Mexico for a longer time. This is probably a pretty good outcome for the crimelord, who has already escaped from Mexican prisons twice.
