Yikes
Storm Erik has arrived, then, and he’s not messing about.
The storm caused some trouble at Heathrow Airport on Friday as a British Airways plane was forced to abort its landing at the last second due to strong winds.
Following a bit of a wobble, the aircraft managed to realign itself and take off again.
Big Jet TV captured the dramatic footage of the incident, which you can view below.

The unsettled weather is expected to remain in parts of the UK over the weekend, with Northern Ireland and Scotland set to experience more strong winds and rainfall on Saturday. Things should be slightly calmer in England and Wales, where sunny spells are expected.
